"I called repeatedly, like 10 times, from Munich...to let them know I would be doing a late check-in, got thru once, but lady was no help. Finally arrived, after delays at 2:00am and no one to answer door. No place to stay. So had to pay for premium room at Marriot so I could sleep."

Not enough towels in apartment two bath 1 hand, 1 floor. ( 4days) 6. No pillow cases or linen for sofa bed 7. No hand, body, hair soaps of any kind 8. ...
