You can get freely a cozy pijamas and personal items (toothbrushes, shower caps, etc.) It is very convenient and I felt more than welcomed there. "Beautiful, stylish hotel, decorated with great taste. It is modern, clean and has a beautiful Onsen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is located just 2 blocks from Odori park and across the botanical garden, which is worth a visit. The most serious inconvenience is the lack of space for luggage and a closet. You are forced to use your luggage, couch, tea table as a makeshift closet, ruining the entire aesthetics of the place. There is no concierge and the staff is young and speak...

"Staff were really friendly and helpful! And I really liked the light breakfast that they provided for free. Coin laundry machines are available on the first floor (no detergent required). Room was a little bit dusty but acceptable. Pillows were a bit soft but not an issue as you can request for more pillows. Would stay there again!"
