"I had a very relaxing stay at Fuji Onsen Resort and would definitely consider staying here again if I was in the area. The hotel is close to Fuji Q Highland bus and train station as well as walking distance from Kawaguchiko station which connects you to other parts of the area and beyond. I loved the onsen facilities at the hotel and thought the area was clean and well organised. Breakfast buffet was lovely and restaurant has great views of Mount Fuji."

"Beautiful property with magical views of the lake by day and night. The staff were so friendly and informative. We really enjoyed the location by the lake and a short stroll for food, bike rental and Kawaguchiko Station. We stayed in a Japanese style room and found it very comfortable and plenty of space. Hot tip - don’t miss going to the onsen, the view of Mt Fuji is spectacular!"
