"The Tarbet is a fine old building but has started to deteriorate, the room I requested was a Loch view but could barely see the loch for trees. I realise it had been raining but no excuse for the outside walls to be wet! The staff are pleasant and helpful and meals not bad with a good breakfast, just needs updating. "

This time the room I was allocated had a shower over a bath but having a disability made it impossible to use. The bathroom floor creaked quite badly every time anyone were to walk over it. The bed was comfortable and room was decent although there was marks on the walls. "We loved our stay in our Lake View Executive Suite. The view of Loch Lomond was beautiful and we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The front desk staff members were incredibly kind, helpful, and polite. "

"The stay as a whole was very pleasant. The room, clean, the decor, very nice. My only 'gripe', is that the water pressure for the shower was terrible. I felt I had to run around in the shower to get wet. It was little more than a dribble and I felt I had to stand with my nose against the wall to get under the water. I took ages to have a wash!"
