"Room was decent and clean and location was good. HOWEVER the check in process (cattle call, long, painful) was DREADFUL and the staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming (IF you could find someone…). Staff worked every position - checkin, barkeep and restaurant server. Very strange. And we didn’t know about the construction. The area felt very unsafe. Coming home at 11 pm, yabos lurking in alcoves and doorways. Overall a very “meh” experience and I won’t ever stay at a Premier Inn as a result."

"The parking lot was extremely difficult to get in and out of. Also the elevator at the parking lot was not working, best not to have a car if you stay at this hotel.
