"The hotel was nice, the staff were spectacular. They were kind and helpful at every turn. They were able to let me change room when I requested as soon as a room with a second bed opened up. The room was nice but linoleum flooring is loud and cool; carpet is nicer but harder to clean, so I get it. Not that big of a deal but if they read these & are remodeling, keep this in mind. The facilities are aging a bit. The shower/tub is way too elevated above the floor, from a safety standpoint. The...

"I was delighted by the kindness, friendliness, and service by Katrina and Laura. We had a few special last-minute requests and they were both very helpful and made our stay fun and easy. Our room was comfortable, clean, and comfortable. The meal we 3 (me and my two young adult kids) had at the hotel was absolutely terrific — my traditional roast dinner was a highlight for sure!
