"perfect area of galway to stay. it was right in the heart of the shops and pubs. no lift so be mindful of how much luggage you have, it’s a bit of a maze to get to the rooms. overall, perfect stay for our trip"
"Lovely staff, well-maintained hotel, and spacious, beautifully designed rooms. The brick interior walls make the bedrooms exceptionally quiet. Excellent parking facilities plus a bus stop right across the road with a quick 15-minute ride straight into Galway."
"The hotel and the room were fantastic and clean. HOWEVER. There is a night club across the street that is very loud until 4-5am. I would recommend a room not on the street side if possible. Otherwise, a beautiful hotel."
"Extremely loud and noisy. I understand the bar is attached to the hotel, but the walls literally shake and pound until 2am. Beds are average comfy at best. Bathrooms fantastic. Just don’t stay here unless you plan on partying until 2am"
"The staff was extremely helpful in every respect. We arrived early and they readily stored our luggage until our rooms were ready. We missed breakfast on the 2nd day of our stay, but kitchen staff prepared a continental breakfast without hesitation - most appreciated."
"This hotel is a nice relaxing place to stay in. Staff are the best, food is excellent. The shower is the only problem, they need to move the shower curtain rod away from the bathtub to give more space when using the shower."
"Really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the bartender (especially Rachel) were phenomenal. My only complaints were the beds were a bit hard and the temp in the rooms were a bit warm. Other than that it was an amazing trip and I would absolutely return!"
