"Amazing family suite with beautiful exposed beams and custom windows. There was a fresh water dispenser in the hallway to avoid the use of disposable plastic bottles (bubbly or flat!). The hotel’s restaurant is one of the best in Torun, and the breakfast buffet is five-star, probably the best I’ve ever seen anywhere. The most satisfactory stay on our trip through Poland thus far."

"I cannot over-emphasize how unique the top level apartment is. You won't find anything like this in a typical hotel in Poland. You get an amazing view of the square, plus a large sitting area, and a well equipped kitchen. The furniture in the apartment is exquisite, and are of a quality you would put in your own home. All of the beds are in a single bed-room, which might work well for a family. Of course, for something this unique, you have to pay the cost: Access is only by climbing...

"This is one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The only issue is no lift to that floor but the desk clerk was very willing to help with our bags. The room was very comfortable, cool to my standards(being an American) and the village of Torun is absolutely charming. I throughly enjoyed my visit there and intend to return to both the village and hotel."

"街の中心部に位置しているのにお値段は手頃でとてもよい宿。10年前にも一度宿泊し、よい印象だったので10年ぶりに宿泊したがやはりよい宿だと思 ただ、フロント不在の時間がある、とあったので事前に到着予定期間を伝えるメッセージを何度も送るがなぜか返事が無くてそこは残念な点。スタッフはとても親切なのに、何故返事をもらえなかったのか。。。 次回トリンを訪れる時が来たらまた是非宿泊したいと思う。ありがとうございました。"
