Receptionists are not rude but lacked any sense of customer service. Room is large with furnitures that feels a bit old and worn. Bed was large and had nice and fresh bedlinen. "I mean for 40USD, I've stayed in worse hotels. I'd asked for a no smoking room but someone had clearly been smoking. The bathroom was clean and nice. The bed was good. There was a very bright blue light that blinked the entire night, and the walls are paper thin so I could hear my neighbors. But all that matters is that I checked in, I slept, I charged my phone, and I left the next day. "

The toilet was not so clean that I never expected from a hotel like this in UAE. The shower curtains were old with lots of mixed colors including some fungus growth. The windows were not cleaned from the outside with lots of dust on it....
