"Staff were friendly as could be.. house keeping was very bad, out of 2 weeks stay my room was cleaned 3 times, cleaners were very lazy. Could smell a bad smell in the room, smelt like sewers. After bad rain water was coming into the room.
Not likely to stay there there again"
"Supalai is a beautiful spot with the things you'd expect- restaurant, room service, pool, shuttles, etc. what makes Supalai beyond incredible is the staff. From the front desk to the property workers to the massage therapists, from the chef and kitchen staff to the cleaning staff, everyone is so above and beyond, every time. It feels like Supalai hires people who genuinely want to give a good south Thailand experience. I look forward to getting here and am sad to leave, and cannot wait to book...
"Hotel was beautiful, staff were fantastic.
Only disappointing thing is externally.
Nothing by the elephant sanctuary tour to do, this in itself is as 5*****"
"A very noisy family above us, l would of thought the night staff would of sorted them out, when my partner went to speak to the night staff she was told that they paid a lot off money for their room,so basically they could do as they please. She complained again at 2am and was told that we could move to another room
Not that we wanted to move that time of the morning"
"I did enjoy my stay here at the new hotel, the room is cozy and has everything you need, the cleaning and generally the staff is kind and ready to help. Loved the clean and prosperous pool. The area is between Surin and Bangtao you basically have access to both beaches with was also a plus. Will definitely consider staying there again if staying in this location next time"
"Great place! We sre a family of 4 - 2 sdults to kids and this was an ideal place for a stay before flying early morning. Staff very good and rooms were perfect."
"This family owned hotel is amazing. The room was large with a small kitchenette. It included a homemade breakfast which was very appreciated. The food at the restaurant was Thai comfort food and very reasonable. "
