"Very good hotel and conveniently located - within minutes of the central area and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. The TV did not work but why would you want it to. The temperature control was perfect, room dark at night. My only issue was that unless asked they would not take garbage out or clean room. I was there for 3 nights. The breakfast isnt until 8am which seemed late to me and the quality was so so."
"low water pressure, no hot water (lukewarm) so it's a bit hard to take a shower early in the morning or later in the evening because it's cold during those times. bed was comfortable. great location. good hot breakfast."

I had a room by the reception and it was difficult to sleep as you could hear everything and everyone walking and talking in the reception as the walls were quite thin.

"The only advantage is the location. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are uncomfortable, everything made from plastic - paneling, floore, horrible polystyrene moldings. The bed was not made, was very hard. Breskfast was late and average"
"It is a new hotel. The property is in a good condition and clean. Affordable option. It is a fair distance away from the centre of Khiva. The buses kept giving variable rates to get into the centre which wasn't helpful and I found this a bit stressful. It is near a theme park which has potential but is not really open properly but quite interesting for a potter around. "
"The one thing this hotel has going for it is proximity to the train station, so it's very convenient for catching an early morning train. Otherwise, it advertises more than it offers. The promised city view was a window looking out onto the wall of the next door building, the hot water heater to make tea was broken, and the a/c was weak. There was no sign of any spa or other amenities."
