"Although clean and staff were good the air conditioning was terrible. This meant long hot sweaty nights. The air conditioning finally failed and they said we could change rooms. New room had same issues and very poor a/c. Perhaps after Reno’s next year things will improve but for now stay away if the heat bothers you!"
