The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. "This was one of the most beautiful hotels my daughter and I stayed in during our time in Zakynthos. The views were amazing. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We always returned to a clean room with fresh towels. The hotel does not have a elevator and we were staying on the 3rd floor but one of the staff members carried our luggage for us!! The two restaurants in front of the hotel also offered amazing meals. I would definitely stay there again!!"
