"Very disappointing experience at Nest Hotel Naha. During check-in, the front desk gave me the wrong room number, so I could not enter the room and had to return to the lobby to sort it out. The front desk staff were unable to communicate effectively in English and were not particularly helpful. When I needed to extend my stay for two more nights due to the approaching typhoon, they simply told me to check the rates online myself.
