لوبي الفندق صغير جدا للانتظار فقط وليس للجلوس الذي اعجبني الدخول للينابيع الساخنة مجانا من بعد المغرب وكذلك يعطيك الفندق تخفيظ بقيمة 35% على اللعاب الماىية والكربائية مستوى نظافة الفندق ممتازة تعامل موظفين الفندق ممتاز جدا ممرات الفندق ظيقة وبعض الاحيان تكون الغرفة بعيدة جدا عن المصعد يوجد في جوار الفندق هيبر ماركت وكناكي وماك دونلز "
"My window didnt have a seal so the nosie would get through with no issue I ended up putting toilet paper as a insulation seal. And showered arent leaved enough to drain fasten for my preference. Everything else was perfect two very small issues."
"The price and the condition of the hotel doesnt match. Really need a major renovation. Asking for a king bed but end up being sent to two single bed. Didnt notify upfront. Furthermore i was there the whole time while waiting for check in at 3 pm but the guy at the front counter didnt tell me upfront that i have to give a deposit of Rm 100 in cash. The walkway was dirty and filthy. I can get a better place if im at the other place. Not recommended"
"When we were checking in the woman from the counter made me sign 2 papers. I wanted to know what I was signing. Small letters and a lot of text. She never told me and repeated 3 times “just sign”. She was rude. The other staff members were really friendly. The room smelled really bad. We left the window open for 5 hours but still smelled really bad. We arrived at the breakfast at 9:30 am and almost all the good food was gone. And the food that remained was cold. We would not recommend the hotel"
"It is a very convenient location and affordable.
It would be nice to see a new coat of paint of the hotel rooms and replace the carpet with laminate wood floor which make the room more appealing to stay and keep clean."
"The staff is very nice but you need give RM100 Cash deposit to check in. The deposit will refund upon check if no damage on the room or spilt any stuffs in the room. There will remind you via whatapp on delay on check out for an hour charge you RM50"
"Swimming pool was closed without inform us, the owner only let me know after I checked in. My daughter felt very upset because she couldn't use the pool and why I needed to pay more for the pool. Owner doesn't know to communicate with me through Expedia's platform, very inefficient. I won't be use this property again."
