"Wow, I was amazed when I walked into the room to discover it had aircon installed. Switzerland was still experiencing the effects of a late heatwave, so this was an unexpected surprise. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and everything was well maintained. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again."
"Nice, clean hotel w/helpful front desk checkin. Great location with walking distance to train station & bridges & many great restaurants & shops! The room was nice & clean but very small & very noisy if you want to open the windows."
"LOVED the character of this hotel! Rooms were attractive and comfortable while retaining charm. Staff was wonderful! Right across from lake shore walk and hotel provided us a bus pass to use. Near some lovely restaurants but the breakfast at the hotel was excellent!"
"The views are spectacular. We stayed on the 4th floor facing lake Lucerne. Breakfast buffet is a nice touch. Staff is very friendly. The pool is heated and lovely!"
