"The hotel was clean, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. Mikkiss, the manager, was especially helpful and attentive. He always seemed to show up just when you needed him, making sure everything was taken care of. His excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable!"
"The staff were amazing and the level of hospitality made me feel like family. We were however quite disappointed with our room. The electricity was constantly tripping, the hairdryer they provided was making it trip. And if you had too many lights on at once the electricity would shut down too. The AC was quite temperamental and there was one day our room was stuck at 30 degrees but we were told by a member of staff that it was still cool in our room (?). Also even though we stayed in the more...
"Bell’hotel purtroppo un po’ lasciato andare… il personale non è molto cortese, cucina buona, camere da sistemare, la ditta di pulizia è da rivedere. Ottimo il bar sulla piscina anche se offre poca alternativa di cocktail e soft drinks."
"We had a great view of the pool and sea. All rooms were well lit and the balcony was a good size
The breakfast area was lovely and the bar near the pool/beach was great
The wifi was better near to the beach, in our room it was just OK.
All staff were very friendly and helpful and my wife's gluten intolerance was noted and assisted with.
Parking (down by the beach) was fine.
We enjoyed the food and the provision of beach towels.
Cleanliness was very good."
"The hand shower in the bathroom made a strange drilling sound every time I used it. The room was a bit untidy when I first entered. The bathroom faucet didn’t work properly, and there was only one carpet, which wasn’t very useful after coming from the shower. Hotel staff were very friendly and really helpful. Other than that, everything was good. "
