"Hôtel très bien placé dans rethymnon, autant pour une balade en ville que pour la plage.
Les chambres sont propres et le ménage est fait tous les jours.
La literie est de bonne qualité.
La petite kitchenette est pratique si on n’a pas forcément envie d’aller au restaurant ni de payer pour le petit déjeuner.
Des places de parking gratuites autour de l’hôtel mais il faut faire preuve de patience selon l’heure.
Les petits moins :
- la climatisation n’est que dans la chambre, pas dans l’espace...
"Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless."
"Our room wasn’t clean the day we checked in and never seemed to get a full clean the entire time we were there. (Garbage and dust bunnies in the corners of the room, no wipe downs of sink counter etc)"
"Location, location, location! Wonderful stay at Steris with beach access right across the street and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Would stay again!"
"The staff were very helpful, especially Julia and Monos. They were always ready to help and always smiling. I really enjoyef the stay there. Although it was not close to the beach, there was a bus stop near by which goes to the old town in 11 minutes approx. There were a few shops and pharmacy close by also."

"It’s not an ideal property- it’s on a busy street and sits above a car rental shop with autos displayed in front, and it’s 2 flight walk up to reception (though I’m told there’s an elevator in back of the building). The view is toward a marina and industrial port- not as picturesque as Chania.
The room was comfortably spacious and clean, and staff was great! Very close to bunches of restaurants and shops."
"Sehr gutes Hotel, direkt am Strand. Alle Läden und Restaurants sind direkt vor Ort. Die Altstadt erreicht man gemütlich zu Fuß. Zimmer 1A sauber, groß und sehr modern (neu renoviert). Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Es war immer gute Stimmung, die Bar ist sehr entspannt auch am Strand gibt’s Musik. Die Liegen sind sehr bequem. Essen & Trinken sehr lecker.
Das Hotel verdient definitiv mehr als 3 Sterne! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
