"The surroundings of the hotel is beautiful but we felt the price doesn't really match the services and facilities. The hotel room didn't even have a kettle to make tea or coffee, which is a standard anywhere else. Somehow we ended up having a kitchenette but no plates, no cutlery, no kitchenware to actually use the kitchenette. There were details in the room that in hotels of this price range shouldn't be occurring such as a crooked shelf, broken door knob etc. The breakfast was quite basic and...

"Die Heizung liess sich nicht erwärmen, obwohl es kühl draußen war. Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig, weit entfernt von Hotelstandards. Der Preis war unangemessen hoch. Die Lüftung im Bad kühlte das Bad aus und war sehr laut. Die Kommunikation hinsichtlich unserer Ankunftszeit und der Nichtbesetzung der Rezeption war mühsam und erst spät am Anreisetag erfolgreich, was zu stetig steigende Unruhe führte, zumal die Unterkunft im Voraus bezahlt werden musste.
