"First of all, my reservation itself was not communicated to the Hotel. An obviously, my early-checkin request was also not communicated to the Hotel. This is purely the service provider's problem and I have been having 2nd such bad experience with your site. Hotel itself was unclean. Room was extremely small. No WiFi !! Area is bad. "old torn furniture, rooms smell corridors smell, there is very dim lighting in rooms. There is no guest help service for baggage.I am surprised that expedia is allowing such hotel to be advertised at such high rate. "

"The have a large foot print, the rooms are spacious, mattress not too soft. But one thing very swtrange. The washroom door have no locking arrangment. I have never seen such a thing in any other hotel, and am completely at a loss why is this so. If you are single ocuancy then it doesn't matter. But if you are going to be double occpancy, then you better learn bath-room singing. To let other person know you are in. "

"Very small space . Very uncomfortable. Causes so much nervousness that I tried going to different room. I got so scared that don’t feel like sleeping. Limited availability of reception staff at front desk. I have to leave without checkout. My friend did the checkout later on. Booked for three night but end up staying one night only. The remaining stay was not refunded. I booked through Expedia and no one from the hotel helped and said simply contact Expedia. I do not recommend this at all. "
