"hotel location is awesome, beach an sea is faboulous. if you walk down from beach, you can discover 2nd private beach and island too :) novice swimmers needs to be careful because sea level become deep so quickly. "This place has such potential and it could easily rise to a four-star. The location is good, the lobby and the ambience is exceptionally good. The rooms, at least our room, was abysmally outdated. I had flooring that was peeling away, but it was so extraordinarily dirty, as well as the bathroom when we got there. The soap dispenser were virtually empty, and the trash can was not even emptied! They have a community bathroom next to the pool, and it was totally out of supplies. No paper towels,...

"This was my first time in Alacati - and was it a great experience! The hotel itself is beautifully built and thought out. Kudos to the designers - you just felt relaxed the moment you enter: the colors, the light, the space (it did not feel crammed like some little hotels) Still not sure if this adult only - but there were no kids and it was quiet and chill. "The hotel is located a 5-min walk from where all restaurants and bars are which is ideal because it is located in a quieter area as most restaurants and bars play live and loud music at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms which can be annoying but also an opportunity to disconnect from the world. Daily Turkish breakfast in the gorgeous restaurant area… but beware of the mosquitoes and stray cats. "

"When I booked the hotel the property displayed as it were in Izmuir. However it was about 50 minutes outside of Izmuir. The hotel is lovely and the property owners are very nice people. The breakfast that was served was one of the best we had in the 3 week we were in Turkey. The room we stayed in had a beautifully renovated bathroom, however there was a little bit of an odor you sometimes find in older properties in Europe."

"This was a lovely guesthouse in the heart of Alacati. Great location and the rooms were very clean and well kept. It should be noted that this is a guest house and not really a typical hotel. Theres not really a front desk or lobby or anything like that if you are used to those types of facilities. If you travel Europe a lot, then you will be used to this type of setup. We had our own large room with private entrance off the street just a few steps from the main area of restaurants and bars...
