"We came from Nagano and had been staying at the Mercure Matsushino resort hotel, and it was terrible. The Hotel Rosso was such a relief, everything was new and clean and in good condition. Even the food quality was so much better. I was so relieved at the upkeep and quality of the Hotel Rosso. I highly recommend staying here. "

While it was not extremely dirty, it did not feel properly maintained or thoroughly cleaned. Communication was also a challenge, as there was a lack of English proficiency among the staff. This made it difficult to discuss our concerns and clarify basic requests. On the positive side, the location near Takasaki Station is convenient. However, improvements in cleanliness, dietary accommodation, and English communication would significantly enhance the guest experience."
