We have been leaving messages in Expedia over an hour before and after 3 pm checkin asking for the access instructions to the house at the location of the facility. The kitchen was dirty with ants crawling around the floor. The living room A/C and "master bedroom" water heater don't work. We have to clean out the slimy defrosted water and tray that has been left there for days from the refrigerator before restarting the unit."

Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. Other amenities provided are good, iron is provided as per request. "
