"スタッフの対応が素晴らしい👍"

"Nice place to stay for a short time"

"Old outdated hotel. Rooms were very average. I was transferred to another room on the 06th floor on the last night of my stay as the aircon compressor spoiled. Saw 2 small cockroaches in the previous room as I was packing my stuff. The staff are helpful and friendly though. The coffee house closes earlier than scheduled. Construction going on the beach area. Most of the road side stalls were closed most of the time. Best to stay near town or jonker street area where there are more amenities,...

"The hotel needed an overhaul, the room qualities are getting bad every year. We had been staying there for many years for CNY. Now the shower tap is mouldy, toilet not cleaned and dirty and smelly, bed is refreshed, towels are old and rough and greyish. "

"This hotel close..i need my money back.please contac me or transfer back"

"Cleanliness of the room need improvement. There is spider web on bathroom ceiling and dead spider found in room floor."

"Stort behov av renovering, skicket är så dåligt att det inte går att städa. Mögel på flera ställen. Frukosten något av det sämsta jag upplevt på ett hotell. Välj något annat"

"So so"

"The room was pretty small, but it served its purpose. The towels and bedding didn't look fully cleaned. "

"suit for those who are don't mind about cleanliness. basically, all clean but the visual doesn't say so. got stain on the towel and bed sheet. more to improper maintenance after so long of service (which means the pictures is longg ago) dirty toilet and no holder for water heater. but we are survived there, nearly want to cancel but its ok, just sleep cos we checked in quite late. staff is welcoming and easy to deal."

"Wall is a bit thin, but room is clean, staff are nice, so no complaints "

"Run down room"

"Dont go there Terrible place Bugs all over No soap at the toilet No Towers The staff did not say hi or anything No paradise no spa"
