"The hotel is half an hour from the airport but there is a lot of traffic to get there. There is practically nothing around the hotel and it is difficult to walk to decent restaurants. The reception staff is friendly but the same cannot be said for the restaurant and bar staff where there is a rude woman. The breakfast is terrible with cold food and little choice. The rooms have an unpleasant smell and when I entered the bathroom there was still a dirty toilet without having flushed."

"The numbers used to unlock the mailbox were tiny or small. As a senior above age 60 I found it hard to read and select the numbers on the lock. "

"The sheets were stained, the checkin staff were uncommunicative, the room smelled of smoke, and there were limited dining or shopping options. We tried to get food delivered by Grab, but even that was canceled by the restaurant. Our room key stopped working for no reason and we had to get it fixed. At one point, somebody opened our door, but couldn’t get in because of the lock chain. I assume that was the cleaning staff. They could have knocked. I’m not disappointed. It was very cheap accommodation, so I wasn’t expecting much. "

"My second stay as my flight got delayed and I'm glad I stayed here again. It is conveniently located near the airport and their are dining options next door. As it is a new hotel, everything was super clean and the facilities were great along with the staff!"
