"Receptionist Amy was helpful during checkin. Not much changed since my last stay in March 2026.
Tried hotel restaurant char kway tiow on 1st night but the dish was terrible and reported to the cashier lady."
"Room was clean, beds comfortable and aircon excellent
But unable to get Wi-Fi in room and nowhere comfortable to sit except on the bed. Pool lovely but no sun loungers.
Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. "The rooms are very noisy, especially the ones that face the street. It will be hard to get a good night's sleep here. The balcony was not cleaned and had ashes. The bed board had weird smears on it. Overall, it's okay, but noisy and requires a proper clean for rooms. The front desk staff were pleasant."

"Hôtel pratique au environnement calme proche plage.personnel très serviable.
Isolation phonique catastrophique. On a été levé tôt par les portes et les conversations.
Idéal pour une étape.
Piscines petites.
Pas de restauration a côté en voiture a 2/3km.

He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. Eventually he offered us a family...
