"When we were checking in the woman from the counter made me sign 2 papers. I wanted to know what I was signing. Small letters and a lot of text. She never told me and repeated 3 times “just sign”. She was rude. The other staff members were really friendly. The room smelled really bad. We left the window open for 5 hours but still smelled really bad. We arrived at the breakfast at 9:30 am and almost all the good food was gone. And the food that remained was cold. We would not recommend the hotel"
"There is a Aeon Mall & Supermarket in 5 mins walking distance; that is the best point of the hotel. Limited hotel car park hence I have to park outside hotel which is chargeable.

"I recently stayed at Regalodge hotel for my first time in Ipoh. The first impression is the hotel has the old-school feeling of hotels were back like 30 years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful, when my phone was stuffing up, they recommended me to take it to a phone repair shop if it stopped working. The complementary breakfast was quite good, it’s more catered to Malaysian people so you’re getting the real deal here. When staying in an area for the first time, it’s the hotels first...
"The staff is very nice but you need give RM100 Cash deposit to check in. The deposit will refund upon check if no damage on the room or spilt any stuffs in the room. There will remind you via whatapp on delay on check out for an hour charge you RM50"
"Swimming pool was closed without inform us, the owner only let me know after I checked in. My daughter felt very upset because she couldn't use the pool and why I needed to pay more for the pool. Owner doesn't know to communicate with me through Expedia's platform, very inefficient. I won't be use this property again."
