The half board breakfast and dinner a very good value. A great place to stay for visiting Naruto area and temples on Shikoku pilgrimage path. Shuttle to bus and train very handy "

"I stayed at hotel Taiyo Noen for one night, after arriving in Tokushima late at night. The staff at the hotel was really nice. Shoutout to the Nepalese gentlemen who spoke English, helped me, and made my stay even better. Breakfast was really delicious and filling. The location is also very convenient. I would stay there again."

Shōsan-ji is a Buddhist temple the 12th Fudasho on the Shikoku Pilgrimage to 88 Holy Sites in Kamiyama, Tokushima, Japan.
Must be very climb the narrow mountain road width. Elevation is approximately seems 900 meters.
When I arrived, unfortunately light rain was falling.
Autumn leaves is very beautiful temple now.

"This hotel is dated and has definitely seen better days. I had a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke :(. However, it was low cost and everything worked. The guy in reception was welcoming and friendly- made a particular effort to explain things, show me the free drinks in reception and hand me a tourist map. Location is walkable from centre (flat walk), but slightly further than ideal. Many dining options easily reached, but don’t expect much English spoken (have a translation app handy)."
