The amenities in our room were fairly well-appointed with a wet room for showers, complimentary beverages, and a projector screen for the wall. It is a bit small by Western standards but still gave us room to store our luggage and belongings and move about the space. Being close to the airport meant it was very easy to check in to after getting off the train at Otorii station."

"Day crew is absolutely amazing and professional, a English speaking team member is on board to assist. Day team went above and beyond the call of duty. Night shift, had very little comprehension of English and when spoken to in my basic Japanese skills, they were clueless to my needs. Even my travel agency experienced language barriers with the night shift when attempting to address my day late arrival due to airline cancellations in order to keep reservations.
