"nice, clean, good location, very basic rooms"

"The location was good, staff, cleaned and there is a bidet spray in the bathroom, which is very convenient. Breakfast was good"

"This was a very nice hotel. With people behind the counter that were very helpful. They even remembered my name. The included breakfast was quite a sight to see. They covered everyone’s needs. I would stay again if I came back. Close to everything."

"The place was perfect. PRACTICAL very nice. Perfect.."

"Very convenient location, just a couple of minutes walk from Arrival of the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was Wi-Fi. I was not able to login in the room, but able to login around the restaurant or the reception. The hotel staff was very helpful, so if I had time, I would have asked the staff for fix. Hope that the issue was temporary and not an issue normally."

"Large space and very accessible to the main hub of the city but not busy enough. 2 grocery shops next to it and fast food shops as well."

"Only stayed a few hours due to timing of flights, but the rooms were comfortable and quiet. Did not have the breakfast - thought it was a little pricey - but I'm sure it was good. The shuttle service was great and they were very accommodating with late arrivals."

"Hotel Ax has an very good breakfast buffet with unexpected flourishes such as ginger powder, pea protein balls for vegans, and yummy brownies. There's an ever-changing exhibit of art and a station to make your own art. The staff are friendly and attentive. Our request for a takeaway breakfast was cheerfully fulfilled. While the hotel is further from central Helsinki, it is well situated near West Harbour where Tallink and Eckero ships cruise to Tallinn."
