"It was right smack dab in the middle of a lot of shopping and food. The only thing I did not like was that their Valet service was crappy. They would put your name on the list for the next day to have your car ready and it never was one day I was 15 minutes late to work and that was after calling down and hour before I had to be there. My car was literally across the street in a garage. smh"

"I give this hotel a 4/5 because it is very nice and a very short walk to the beach. The staff is nice and friendly and definitely welcoming. It has many activities inside the hotel and has many shops around the area. The thing that would dock points to a 4/5 is that the breakfast options are very limited and not fulfilling but overall this hotel is clean and convenient."

"We had a great view of the canal frim the 8th floor and a beautiful view of the hills. It was a spacious room and we really enjoyed the balcony and free wifi. We were able to have our luggage stored, after the noon checkout, until our trip to the airport from the hotel."

"i wanted to recognize the front staff for being kind & helpful. they asked me a reason for my stay & i mentioned i was celebrating for my birthday. the sweet lady checking me in gave me chocolates. i will always remember the generosity. & house keeping does light cleaning like changing towels & cleaning the bed! helped a lot when most of towels are being used for the pool. "Staff and service are wonderful. Very knowledgable of the area and other info that I needed (transport, postage). A very short walk to the beach. Amenities fee for each day supplies beach neccessities (chair, towel, umbrella, bag). Breakfast is so-so (not a fan of the cold egg or powdered egg). I love the freedom to use the lounge area. Easy access to the nearby eateries (Blue Ocean, Maguro Poke Bowl). Room facilities are a bit run-down (broken cabinet door, no room slippers, overworked aircon...
