"Staff is awesome, checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. The hot beverage machine in the kitchen you get to use was always available. It was nice to have a refrigerator to use and to make a breakfast in the morning. The room was quiet and bed was fine. The hotel has been updated and is well kept. They had sent us an email late in the afternoon telling us about the situation, which we had not seen upon arrival. In the email, which we only read later, Musholm took responsibility for the double booking, but when we talked to them they blamed it on hotels.com (which was not true). "A decent hotel & great choice in Holbaek. It can get noisy if there is a function & there’s no soundproofing between floors- so ask for the top floor. A bit light on breakfast choices especially if you’re a vegan & they do allow smoking in the courtyard which does drift into the rooms. But overall a good choice."
