"No tea or coffee available in rooms even though hotels.com advertise it. After a long ride was needed and one reason for booking. Offered options need to be checked before advertising them. Car parking secure, breakfast short of cheese, brie only other than that no priblem enough of everything. Shower was abysmal, rain shower absolutely no pressure, dribbled out. Luckily there was seperate hand shower that worked ok. Extractor fan didn't work, but fortunately the mirror had heating elements to keep it clear. Confusing as no kettle for hot water, as we keep costs down, but pay for electrically heated mirror...., I'm a little confused by business model here."

"A good choice for staying in the outskirts of Rouen and conviently located next to a bus stop with 4 stops to the centre and cathedral (less than 20 minutes to travel in) The Hotel is within walking distance to a Food Market Hall offering lots of different choices for meals from French to Italian to Japanese to Indian to African. Underground Parking is available at an additional cost along with City Tax which must be paid locally. Breakfast Buffet in the Hotel was fairly standard for an IBIS hotel and met our needs. Wi-Fi at the Hotel is Free and very simple to setup. The question I always ask is what could have been better, offering a pillow choice between the very soft and the more memory foam type would be a great addition. Aircon in the Room worked very well ! Staff were friendly and provided support when needed. Would I stay at this IBIS again, YES I would... "

"Excellent staff and easy check in, room was very comptable with clean bedding and great shower ( Ibis styles ) breakfast was plentiful, great choices . Easy access out of Rouen and up to Dieppe. Would recommend ! Easy straight walk about 15 mins into old town. "

"A beautiful venue in picturesque surroundings. A friendly welcome on arrival and easy to settle in. Recommended the breakfast, it was a perfect way to fuel up for the day ahead! Set away from the road, you will need to be prepared to walk down a slope to the reception and it is not wheelchair safe due to the gravel drives. "
