"A lovely charming little cottage quite unlike the first impressions from the street as the garden was quite unkempt. FIRST IMPRESSIONS COUNT. Inside we found everything we needed easily and were very comfortable. There were no sheets or towels but soon discovered we needed to bring our own. My fault as I am a shocker at reading small print. We had a lovely weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Fred and Sandra Alder"

I booked and paid in full through Wotif yet all further communication was from Sourhcoast Properties from whom I had three separate requests for payment of the “balance” of $824. Three emails and three calls later I felt the issue was solved and was advised that their system didn’t talk to the Wotif system but kindly ignore the requests. Arrived to collect key and you’ve guessed it I was asked for the balance of $824. Granted the lady who attended was...
