"We arrived, got the keys. Padlocked security cell bars, into a main room. Shocking. Other people in the other 3 rooms in unit. My grandaughter whos 16 would have been sharing her cell with a complete strange man. We left as soon as we booked another hotel. "

"Stayed for 3D2N here. Paid the same published price for the two nights but when it comes to getting complimentary items like coffee sachets, toilet roll, etc guest had to ask in order to get them. Was told housekeeping would only make up room on alternate days, not daily. I think this has to be reconsidered. It is not that guest gets a free stay on the second night. We are still paying but why are we not getting the privilege of what we are paying for? Might as well I check out and check in...

The room was not cleaned by the housekeeping after the first night although we have left word with the housekeeper as we were about to leave for the day.There was noises of furniture being moved about in the wee hours of the morning."
