"This hotel is a bit shabby, with a very modest lobby. However, our room was clean and quiet, and the bed very comfortable. The bathrooms were nicely remodeled. The location was outstanding. We could walk everywhere! The front desk and cleaning staff were very responsive, going above and beyond. The breakfast was quite good, served in a lovely room. We would definitely stay here again."

"It was a gated, safe hotel that met all our needs in one place. Food options in the restaurant in the hotel were excellent. After a long day of traveling, it was so nice to eat in the restaurant downstairs and just go upstairs to bed."

"Room/lodge was spacious, clean and quiet; very nice. The breakfast was very good. The property itself was part of a training centre which was not anticipated and in an business area. It looked out onto fairly untidy landscape. I asked the property 3 times ahead of stay about restaurants; there was no reply and we found nothing there but a bar. We went 10 minutes off site and found a nice one but got no help from the reception staff. Probably would not stay there again, "

"It would have been a perfect stay if not for certain things that reflected the lack of care in a hotel that could have been great. This boutique hotel was nestled in nature - and was a lovely stroll to the closest village with food options galore, parks, quaint shops & market stalls that you could lose yourself in. "It was our 1st time in Aix-en-Provence, and we didn't know what to expect regarding the city and moving around. We searched for a clean place with a kitchenette and parking facilities, so we could drive to different places. This hotel is not centric to the city, as it would take about 10-15 minutes driving by some backroads to get to the center of Aix and then finding a parking garage nearby. Rooms are kind of small. There is not an elevator, so the luggage has to be lifted through the stairs....

"Location was good, about 25 mins (mainly uninspiring) walk from the historic centre. Car parking was free outside, or €5 inside. Bed comfortable, good shower. Kitchenette area was perfect if you're looking to have your own food, as we were. Staff friendly."
