"The apartment itself was great. it was very clean. The kitchen area had everything we needed to self cater. The hallways of the hotel were rather shabby looking, dirty carpets and wallpaper peeling off the walls, but you are only walking through them so not a big issue. Reception staff were nice. It was a perfect location for our holiday shopping centre/restaurants 5 minute walk and entrance to Disneyland Parks/Village & Train Station 15 minute walk. "

"This is a basic hotel thst offers a family suite with a kitchenette, so great for families, especially those going to Disney Paris. The RER A train station is about a 1-block walk, and costs $4 each way to go 3 stops to Disney. The Disney Parks are right outside the train station, so no extra bus, tram, or ferry rides required. "Property is well maintained and the location is very convenient to walking to the train to go to/from Disneyland. Be aware the reception is only open from 7am-7pm if you have a late arrival or an early departure. There is a process for late key access but if you are looking for simple easy check in or have questions you’d better arrive during the checkin window. "Great location for park access. Friendly staff. Walkable to Disney Village restaurants. Hotel is getting a little dated and hallways have a musty old smell. Pool next door is a welcome amenity "

"Very easy to get from here to Disney 10 mins approx by train. Local shops near to hotel. "

"Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all."
