"The rating is strictly based on their cash only policy to pay for your stay upon arrival. I sent out an email months before our travel to pay with a different credit card but there were no responses until the day before our arrival. No pre-warning. The price was very affordable but just make sure you bring NT$ cash. This is a very old town so expect old building structures, conditions, & the mildew smell. Aside from that, the B&B did the best they could to keep the area’s clean. The staff was great, courteous, & they will help haul your luggage only upon request & based on staff availability. We did enjoy the breakfast & the coffee experience. Remember that the B&B location is tucked inside the old streets, and there is no elevator. If old charm is what you seek, this will be the perfect place."

"Such a cozy place to stay! The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We loved the nearby hikes and only wish we could have stayed longer. They even helped cart our bags down to the bus when we left. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful spacious room. Exactly as the pictures show. Room and washroom was very clean. Nice soaking tub with bath milk provided. Kitchen has a fridge and coffee which was nice. In room massage therapist available for booking. Air conditioning was strong so overall it was a nice stay. Only downside was the bed and bedding was not very comfortable. "
