"Absolutely brilliant hotel. Staff very helpful and rooms large and clean. One thing for westerners not familiar with the spa culture it is a fully nude hot spring bath. Would recommend"

"We left something behind when we checked out, and the staff was very helpful in getting the item to us."

"Property seems like a family run business. They met me at the door to swap my motorcycle boots to indoor sandals. Gave me a top floor room with cool retractable awning over the glass ceiling. You know it was a family business because they was no breakfast - apparently grandma was away. Owner gave a few bucks to find breakfast. No big deal. I’d stay there again. If you do, don’t miss the Luodong night market that is an easy walk."

"Lovely place by the river with hot Spingarn bath in each room, with view over the river and mountains. Room is simple but has everything necessary. Bed is comfortable. "The place is nice but will need some renovation with their bathrooms."

"The scenery is beautiful, and both the rooms and facilities are very clean. The breakfast is healthy, with a light, low-fat selection that feels more like a diet-friendly meal. Guests who prefer a traditional breakfast may find it a bit unusual. The soundproofing could be improved, as noise from the lobby can be heard in the rooms and may wake up those who go to bed early."

"Incredible. The hot spring was the highlight by far. It was also perfectly located. Staff were so friendly and professional. Will visit here again."

"Comfortable bed, cool room, skylight, massages (with a guest discount) in-house, and the star of the show: the beautiful soaking bathtub in the bathroom. If I come back to Jiaoxi, I'll be staying again."

"Staffs are very accommodating our needs, we arrived slight earlier than the check-in time, they allowed us to temporary storing our luggage at the lobby. Very friendly personality."
