"Il n’y a eu personne tous le long du séjour. Nous étions livré à nous même pour 3 jours et nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude le dernier jour. À éviter. Il y a aussi une taxe pour entrer dans la zone de l’hôtel."
"We had two oceanfront rooms with a connecting interior door. We were delighted. It's a unique property. It features indoor and totally private outdoor showers. We used the outdoor showers exclusively. The entire staff is remarkably friendly and helpful Housekeeping was outstanding. Front Desk was a model of service and hospitality. Local transportation arranged by the Front Desk was excellent. Our driver couldn't have been more helpful and good taking us to where we wanted or needed to go. We...
"It was very dirty. Mould everywhere, weird smell. Dirty and broken toilet. We stayed there for 4 days nobody cleaned the room. When we reached there and complained about the condition of room owner was so rude and almost threatened us. Only good thing was the view from hotel. But its very loud there constant noise of trucks. Food options were very few and kitchen was dirty. "
"This was a real find. We stayed two nights and were welcomed like family. Our suite was stunning - huge, with a sitting room, dressing room and gorgeous bathroom. Our room overlooked the beautiful pool and ocean. We arranged car to our next destination, dolphin swimming and massage through the manager and all were competitively priced and perfect. Swimming with dolphins was awesome. The sea view and breeze is perfect . A beautiful, quiet, boutique hotel designed for relaxing. Just outside the...
"The property outside was so beautiful. The inside the room was cute, but strong mildew smell. The dehumidifier was really dirty. I cleaned it and turned on to remove dampness. I moved because closet outlet not working. Bed & pillows not comfortable. The people were truly kind and helpful. Restaurant not good at all skipped breakfast after eating dinner there night before. Also road was really busy and noisy. Overall good experience people so kind and friendly and helpful."
"Glamping sites are very close one to each other so you can hear all other guests loudly. Resort doesn't have curfew or noise rules and most of guests doesn't seem to understand that camping noise is more disturbing than in hotel room. In summary, the resort is great but dont expect calm nights of sleep. Street "motorbike" noise can also be hear at night. resort should implement curfew at one point."
"We booked the forest view room but we were offered to upgrade to the Floating Villas for a discounted price. We accepted and very glad we did. The floating villas are very unique with a beautiful view. I would describe them as somewhat rustic due to the fact that there are small gaps in the floor where you can see light coming through. The floors squeak some as you walk around and the occasional ant can be found inside. That aside we really liked staying in one. The bar and restaurant area is...
"Second time here. Wonderful retreat along the lake. Close to Handara Gates and Botanical Gardens. Dewi and all the staff are awesome. Cabins are wonderful."
"Gunstig ligging dicht bij strand, in een donker afgelegen straatje. Nadeel dat je pas vanaf 8.30 kunt ontbijten. Nieuwe regels nieuwe Manager werd verteld."
