"Negative: no night stand lamp, swimmable beach only at high tide, no swimming pool, no bar, no mini market/snacks avail to purchase
Positives: restaurant is like home, great food, friendly/ helpful staff, great ocean view, nice open patio restaurant, right across the street from the entrance to Kawasan Falls, drinks (including beer) & ice cream selection available, canyoneering company located at hotel, filtered water available at restaurant, all rooms on ground floor, clean room

"El lugar es lindo pero las habitaciones mucho que desear totalmente básicas, el servicio de spa terrible parecía un básico de avenida, la comida buena y el personas atento"
"Hey, the welcome was amazing, and they helped with bags to the room)) The beach is really nice and warm, with loads of BBQ restaurants on the beach, and they're very cheap. The hotel has it own beach restraunt which is very good value for money))
The room it's self is large and spacious.
I would recommend this hotel, felt very safe as the resort has it own security ))"
"Noisy outside window late at night and they couldn’t or wouldn’t do anything (music blaring from tricycle line) , holes in sheets, shower dirty and barely worked. You only get one key and it’s needed for ac, so if you leave for the day your room will be hot and take hours to cool down. It’s the Philippines, and kabankalan, but how is there multiple holes in my sheets…. Just didn’t enjoy it. Maybe I expected too much. After complaining manager never followed up."
"세부시티 에서 가는 길이 불편하기는 했지만 리조트는 넓고 평온했습니다.
친절한 직원들이 매우 인상적이었습니다.
당구대와 큐대는 보완이 필요하지만, 카약, 구명조끼, 스노클링 장비 등은 무상 대여가 가능해서 좋았습니다.
수영장도 있고, 깨끗한 전용 해변까지 걸어서 3분이면 도달할 수 있는 것도 좋았습니다.
행복하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다."
"I loved the uniqueness of this property. My friends and I had two huts. And I loved that aspect. The pool was medium size. But we seemed to be the only ones in it when we wanted to use it anyway. The place had a local vibe to it. If you want an off the beaten path…no kidding cause you need to go down a very uneven dirt road to access the place…vs staying at a resort that has no character this is the place for you. Lots of goats come to the property. A kitten and a couple dogs live there. And the...
"The room was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
However, I wish there had been a few more amenities, especially a refrigerator and a hairdryer.
Also, I contacted the resort by email before my arrival, but I did not receive a reply until the last minute, which was quite stressful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay."
