"Great location very conveniently located a couple of minute walk from the astronomical clock and old town square. The rooms were large, clean. Overall a really great stay. Deducted one star for one really negative interaction with a staff member who was very rude when I asked if we could get a refresh on towels and toilet paper since we had been staying in the room for several days and had declined housekeeping. Otherwise great."

"Centrally located, just outside of Old Town. Close to tram and metro stations. Easily walkable to major attactions. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are amazing. Room temperature wel controlled by air coditioning. I would highly recommend to anyone."
