"There was mould all over the room and bathroom a health hazzard
The TV in the room had been smashed but left plug on very dangerous. When I complained and requested a change of room or tv they told me were fully booked and will send technician next morning (no technician could fix the tv) nothing happened they offer 10% discount for inconvenience and another 10% if we gave a positive review. I told them to give the 20% inconvenience and i will abstain to put a bad review. They didnt - do go...

"Overall, our stay was amazing and we really enjoyed the hotel. The location, accommodations, and overall experience were excellent.
The only negative part of our stay was an interaction with one staff member during breakfast. His behavior came across as very unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. I noticed him scolding guests left and right over very minor things, which really took away from the relaxed atmosphere.

"Everything about this hotel was very nice including the breakfast. The only problem is the a/c is very weak and it stays pretty warm in the room all night, but that seems to be most places we stayed in Italy. If you need a cool room to sleep look for the name brand hotels most of them seem to have better a/c"
