"The rooms are a good size, the sink and shower was full of mould which was unpleasant. When I told management they didn’t offer to change my room. They tried to clean the mould but it didn’t help so I asked again and this time they changed the seals. The staff were amazing, friendly, warm and made the effort to make my stay amazing. "Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there "
"The accommodation and facilities, along with the very helpful staff was excellent. We stayed at the venue for 5 days in total and can honestly say we would stay there again and again. The roon with its private pool and ouside shower / bathroom was exactly as described.

"Very quiet relaxing stay just what we wanted. We went full board the food was great beautifully presented. Great menu choice. Staff were very helpful note they dont speak much English so just used a translated. Hint take a kettle for your room for an easy coffee"

Too much light coming in from other villas. All walls are windows with blockout curtains but with outside lights on tops too bright like daytime.
The property needs to turn exterior lights off at 9pm.
The music from the shack restaurant next door too loud, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You definitely need earplugs.

"We were initially a little disappointed by the location of the hotel - which is on a main road and about ten minutes walk from the beach. There were other cheaper hotels closer to the beach which we hadn't found on the internet (but most of them didn't serve alcohol) - indeed we suspect we paid about double what we would have paid if we had booked locally for this hotel. However the hotel staff were great and we ended up having a really enjoyable few days - staff were very friendly and helpful....

I and my husband travelled by motorcycle straight from airport to this hotel and hope that we are able to get a good rest since it was already 7:40p.m. when we reached the hotel. But once we arrived only we've been told that there's no room for us and they even asked me to cancel my booking & get refund from hotels.com. (We never get any email from them/ hotels.com)
