"After setting the thermostat to lowest setting 22 degrees. Came back to room after normal work day to room at 60 degrees celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit). Opened a window, set the thermostat again, came back couple of hours later at 30 degrees. Much better but still warm. Window stayed open rest of stay. 0-8 degrees outside January weather. Aside from that great hotel! Loved it."

"My family of 4 stayed at a on-dol style room which was spacious and comfortable. I chose this as they have a hot spring right next to it and this was a great perk. We had a breakfast outside so I have no clue about food but I’m sure they must be great as Damyang is well known place for bamboo and delicious foods. I will definitely stay here next time when I come to Damyang."

"New & Clean. Over all good enough. However, 1. There is no way to load & unload the suit case in front of the hotel - it is located at such a heavy traffic busy road without any pulling in space. Only place to do is back alley where parking garage entrance is. 2.Check in process was not so organized (might be because it was weekend & they were too busy) - out of 3staffs - one staff had NO professional etiquette at all. If you are staying several nights - they do not clean your room unless...

"Very convenient location. Small boutique hotel, run by a small team of staff who have to multi task, but this is also what made the hotel much more personal experience. Staff spoke minimal English but this did not stop them trying to help, excellent serevice. The breakfast was not much, a hot drink and some toast but for the price of the hotel and Jeonju having so many places to choose to eat this was not an issue nor impacted our hotel experience.
