"False advertising. This hotel gave us the dingiest room compared to other rooms in the hotel. When I asked them about it, they said that some rooms are old but it was never mentioned in the website. I had asked for a transfer and was told that i should have done during the check in process. How would I know? I happened to see the other rooms hence I questioned it. We were even asked to clean our room after checking out. First time I have ever heard this from a receptionist. Poor service!!!"

"Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, der Fahrstuhl ist zweimal ausgefallen und man muss als Gast darauf achten nicht mit mehr als vier Personen zu fahren ansonsten zahlst du 250€, weiss ich nicht ob das Service ist, wenn der Gast für die Versäumnise zahlen muss. Frühstück war gut, frisch, Klima ging nicht"
