"Nice roadside property in Panchgani. Good spacious room with all amenities like spa, saloon, playing area, and kids play area. They have beautiful garden and valley viewing points. You don’t need to go outside to any other valley viewing points. Restaurant food is also good with valley-facing seating. Overall, nice stay experience and value for money. My only suggestion to them is to replace the old AC’s in the premium deluxe rooms, which make noise in this quite serene environment. If...

"Extremely disappointed with the service as we had called before hand to ask about the amenities and they said everything is available, however, after reaching the hotel, no amenities were available except the pool which was extremely dirty and full of chlorine. Table tennis and pool table was promised in the pictures but completely broken at the property. Staff was rude to is quite a lot of times especially during check out. Food was average and had to wait in line for a long time for the food...

"Overall experience was ok however, on being asked a bottle of water, they denied mentioning that since you have checked out so it will be chargeable (Not that we cannot buy a bottle of water as tourists...lol) and this was a complete take away. "Mostly I like property that has no high hill side and has no lower hill side that is at middle side. Spa fascility provided by only one women there should be more girls. Kids play area has very few instruments like see saw. There should be more options. Swimming pool has excellent fascility. "

"Decent property but has some quirks like the room did not have chairs. Also it is not in the middle of city centre and you need your own vehicle for transport. "

"First, none of the staff were wearing masks in these COVID times, even after we requested them to.in fact one young chap even had the audacity to tell us why they were not required. Second, on arrival the reception was unattended and we spent a few minutes till somebody came by to check us in.
