"I didn’t feel good about the city of Kuala Lumpur at first.
First the couple invited me there did not show up. Airport signs were confusing. Taxi drivers didn’t take Visa or Master cards and a guys wanted to charge me 20 Ringgit from Berjaya Times Square to Holiday Inn Express city center only about 10-15 minutes of walking distance. It took me 4 hours finally getting to the hotel from the airport thanks to all these confusion. I pissed so much and wanted to leave the country immediately.
But...
"Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ok, aber für jede Kleinigkeit musste extra bezahlt werden (z.B. zusätzliches Kopfkissen). Den in der Buchungsbestätigung aufgeführten Shuttle-Service gibt es nicht! Die Fahrt vom Airport zum Hotel mussten wir selbst organisieren!"
"Pros:
- Very good location, walk up is Pavilion Bukit Bintang, walk down is TRX
- Very good scenery from the 37th floor pool area for night view shots, also lots of bikini women taking pictures of themselves to post online
- Very helpful staff who will guide you where to check in/out, and Q-guiding for whichever lift incoming
- Clean towels, bed, and overall room
Cons:
- Lifts are a pain to wait. Minimum 5mins wait. Can't imagine if there's a fire/emergency
- Room toilet size are meant for...
"Attention, cet hôtel possède une boîte de nuit dans ses murs, impossible de dormir avant 3h00 du matin, c’est quand même le comble pour un hôtel dont l’objectif est DORMIR !!! En plus de ca, notre fenêtre fuyait, lors d’un orage la chambre a été partiellement inondée. Cependant, le personnel est gentil, et la piscine est bien. La localisation de l’hôtel est mauvaise en tant que touristes, le centre ville est loin en voiture."
