"The hotel was conveniently located around 10-15mins walk from different stations like Tenjin, Tenjin-Minami, Akasaka stations as well as surrounded by many cafes, food stores and convenience stores too. Taking the subway or a taxi from the airport was easy too. The hotel breakfast was lovely with various croissant and drink options that you could specify the evening before. It’s also with walking distance (15min) of a local outdoor shopping arcade. Lots of local restaurants and vendors. Smaller than the ones we saw in Kyoto, Sapporo, and Tokyo, but nice. "Clean but not pristine because room is serviced every 3 days unless requested otherwise. We were only given clean towels every day in a bag hung on our door handle. Our trash was minimal but stayed in the room till serviced. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating.Could barely hear street noise and absolutely nothing from neighboring rooms. BBC was the only TV channel in English with repetitive global news highlights that got annoying "

"Our first time in Fukuoka in June, a family of 2 adults, 1 child. Property is in a central location, in the heart of Hakata Station. Taxi ride was 12 minutes after 6pm. Check in process went smoothly although they expected full payment upfront. Being in Japan, room was small BUT the amenities were perfect: nice comfy beds, A/C, good ambient lighting, super quiet at night. They even offered use of a charger! Nice! They had a laundry room/ice station on our floor, so washed clothes night before...
