"I paid and they said they did not receive a payment and they said they do not deal with hotels.com anymore. They said they did not have rooms. I am still waiting for a refund. This is appalling and very unprofessional. "

"Skyline is very clean, with a unique atmosphere. This is because of the wonderful and kind staff who are professional, polite, attentive to every detail , bright and happy. The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is definitely one to set you for the day. Personally i found no complaint with the food, the service and that they will go that extra mile. The bed i found slightly hard but it may well suit anothers taste. Bathroom clean and shower excellent. There is 24 hour security with a detector...

"mi experiencia conhoteles.com ha sido nefasta. Después de haber pagado la habitación cuando llamé al Hotel para confirmar,me dijeron que no tenían mi reserva y me tuve que buscar otro Hotel."

"Clean, convenient and very quite."
